San Diego flood victims are being provided permit amnesty so that previously unpermitted work can be rebuilt.It is interesting that if your property has unpermitted work, the city is providing amnesty so that the property can be rebuilt as it was prior to the flood.

It is rare that municipalities permit new mobile home communities and financially, unless you have extremely deep pockets, buying a existing community with cash flow is preferred since a new community with no homes and no tenants will take many years to come close to even breaking even from lot rents.

He directed me to the City to have the building address added to receive mail and for this I would have to apply with the City for having an additional unit constructed (i.e. applications, permits, etc.) as mail can only be delivered to a dwelling (rather than a building).
