Also, this may sound ironic after i said the previous paragraph, but if you get personable towards them instead and connect them to why they listed this house, they might change the way they talk to you because your giving them your attention towards their needs. anyways, looking to see what other agents say... curious to know, too. lolI believe it's been on since mid-December and yes he insinuated he'd want to have it gone by Spring because their new house, in a different part of the country, is nearing completion and they are wanting to sell this sooner than later.Also should note that those pictures I was tagged in were clearly outdoors, one in the forest while snowing and one on the side of a mountain in Alaska.

These would be great questions for a lender.Keep in mind, that your monthly payment will increase with the lower down payment and you will pay mortgage insurance. but sometimes that might be worth it to keep more of your capital in your pocket for rehabbing and furniture purchasing if you choose to rent furnished rooms.
