I ran a tester advertisement using low quality photos with a dirty dish filled kitchen and marked up walls at $1050 saying in unit laundry and being a 2br in that neighborhood got 7 replies within 5 hours on HotPads.

I've been in homes, however, where tenants actually leave the toilets not flushed, sinks full of dishes, etc., because they don't want to move so make the place uninviting to say the least.

Yea, Im skeptical to dish out $100,000 for a park like this, but it seems anything else is over $200,000 and still only has 10 or so lot rents...Are there any other websites and ways to locate mhp's other than loopnet and mhpstore.com?

Some of my guests do not care about some amenities and other things like spare coffee makers, new dishes, silverware, and other items I keep in my storage shed on property so a call to my caretaker/cleaner with a $25 service call charged to me and within an hour there is a new item at their door.
