Hello,I have a property under an HML that I was gonna BRRRR instead I’m going to sell because I underestimated rehab, rents and loads of other mistakes I made.

From the very beginning they don't know the basics, I can't fathom all of the missteps, mistakes, miscalculations, omission, erros and faults throughout the process. post script: I do agree however, that there are a few "bad' agents. 

My mistake was doing all the steps at the same time and a bit too quickly, but everything is signed now.
