Hi,I had my eyes on an apartment in a multi-unit apartment building since it make in the market more than one half years ago.It has been in the market since, 2 agents down and price reduction 7 times I felt it’s finally the time to approach and make an offer.I didn’t not have an agent so I agreed to use their agent as a dual agent and she told me she won’t take any offers to the seller unless the buyer is serious and has it in written.

I agreed to allow her to stay on, she promised me she could handle the rent.

The current landlord of a 5-unit, all 2 bedroom 1 bathroom building, is willing to owner finance her property to me. She

The seller called me to her house to list it (I thought), but when I got there to give her the value she told me she wanted me to buy it.

I have an off market deal with this gentleman but is wanting me to work through his broker daughter in law, and is telling me she isn't going to take a commission.

Then she finally told me she was going to kill herself because she didn't like her roommate situation.

And has done this to me in the past after promising me shed lower my rent  and vacillated and never ever did and then told me near the beginning of the next month she had never said that. 

She has expressed to me she wants to live out her days there but she wants to transfer the property to me.

I was SO pleasantly surprised when, not only did she do a great job fixing that damage, but "while she was at it (she told me)", she also fixed all the dings/damage on the rest of the molding that was pre-existing.
