The Federal Communications Commission has made it clear that it's illegal to call homeowners for the purpose of offering real estate services, if the homeowner's number is listed on the National Do Not Call Registry. 

My question is, if I accept the payment (the assistance payment from the government to a low-income tenant), will my property be recorded by the government as "low-income" housing provider?

You can't discriminate as to legal sources of income or government benefits.

Factors like high equity valuations, tight labor markets, and government spending are cited as potential contributors to inflation.

One question I now have is the following: do states typically allow you a Schedule to deduct expenses like maintenance and repair, or is that just a federal thing? 

Better income, less turnover, and less government intervention is my kind of business :)
