I would also suggest a loss of rents endorsement to cover rents during a period of a covered claim while the unit is undergoing repairs.

A good first book to read maybe.Not sure what all it suggested specifically, so can't endorse it, but as I recall, it was informative for those interested in getting into the game.

I am not sure if you are aware but any FDIC Bank that is "Fully Delegated" as a Direct endorser can make an exception on both DU/LP on approve and Refers.

@Paul Fagot I don't have any referrals in the space you're looking for but you can just punch in "YOUR CITY or AREA" plus "ATTORNEY" into the search window above and check out a few people's past endorsements to zero in on someone that fits your ticket.

Maybe you can use a business financing company like Kabbage or Fundera (no endorsement, just a mention). 

Then once you find a product that seems acceptable, ask that agent for a copy of the policy form so you can review the language and all the necessary exclusions and endorsements surrounding underground pipes, water damage, and water/sewer backup coverage.  

Ask for an ALTA 34 endorsement covering the risk and guaranteeing the title insurer will re-insure a subsequent transfer.

Your LLC liability insurance will need to be endorsed for the additional state(s) at the new fees.
