Cover all bases by filing a cure or quit based on her breaking the lease by not getting your approval to paint the cabinets, by her spray painting the line on the cement, and her changing the locks and refusing to give you a key.If she does not cure, file for eviction based on the same grounds.But before you do any of that, give her written notice of non renewal of lease.

I wanted to see if any of you have any experience using what is known as a   "physician/doctor loan". this type of loan is available for medical professionals (dentists, podiatrists, surgeons, etc) that usually lets them borrow about certain LTV limits and not have to pay PMI. the down payment requirements are usually a lot less (sometimes as low as 3-5%).
