Does any one have a more recent experience with Danley's or another contractor, looking to tear down a one car garage fix cement and build 2 or 2 1/2 car garage.

Cover all bases by filing a cure or quit based on her breaking the lease by not getting your approval to paint the cabinets, by her spray painting the line on the cement, and her changing the locks and refusing to give you a key.If she does not cure, file for eviction based on the same grounds.But before you do any of that, give her written notice of non renewal of lease.

No cement in the drain pipes? 

I wanted to see if any of you have any experience using what is known as a   "physician/doctor loan". this type of loan is available for medical professionals (dentists, podiatrists, surgeons, etc) that usually lets them borrow about certain LTV limits and not have to pay PMI. the down payment requirements are usually a lot less (sometimes as low as 3-5%). 

Where I live you have fee`s os 23k before the cement truck shows up for the foundation for water/sewer/school and park impact fees.

This is for a rental property, not my own.a. hardwood floors (refinishing what is already there)b. tiling over the hardwood (putting down cement board first of course)

We also deceided we should remove the decks and replace them with cement patios because the decks were in poor condition.   

If you can flip the land to somebody like my dentist (who owns vacant land that he happily drives his tractor on to cut the grass, hoping that some day somebody from NY will want to pay through the nose), you can get a quick profit.

In the next couple weeks: I have planned 2 roof replacements, a cement border replacement, a privacy partition replacement, rebuild a gazebo, a fence segment replacement.
