My buddy is that rare breed of guy who actually pays far more than the court-ordered amounts, like clockwork, to his ex-wife so that his daughter can be well cared for.

Jason, the daughter is just about to get out of optometry college.

We did it with our 19yr old daughter & after 7 years she has paid the home down significantly.But I have met other parents who come in from out of town/state & buy in the wrong 'hood.

It’s owned by the daughter of the recently deceased mom and she is a super busy attorney who lives in Maine.

lost my full-time job with the local school district, which was my only means of providing solely for my 3 daughters!

We have one small daughter,  and am worried that moving around to different property investments could have a heavy impact on our little one as she enters school.

Our daughter struggled with health problems initially but now healthy.

And this was 2013, when the market was getting stronger but still not at the frenzy we're in today.Finally, my broker called in a personal favor and we were able to get a meeting with a broker who happened to be his business partner's best friend's daughter.  

She is a broker (not an investor) and just wants her daughter to have some sort of obligation to come home.
