One week into their tenancy, the wife called to complain about the condition of the house, that it was "filthy" (after a cleaning team spent 5 hours there), that there were tiny nail holes in the walls, carpet thread "pulls", a shade of paint on one wall that didn't quite match the others (this is a 100 year old house).

You don't want a new guest stealing the subscription service from a previous guest and you don't want a six-year-old turning on a TV to find 50 Shades of Grey playing.

And I really like the look of darker color floors similar to this:Ive read reviews that the darker the floor, the more blemishes, scratches and dust that it shows.

My gut is he put a real shiny shade of lipstick on a pig.

The grass is no greener on the other side of the fence, it is just a different shade of green and you need to climb one heck of a big fence in order to get there, and then once you are far away from home invite the wolves hiding in the tall grass on the other side to come out and show you what shade it is.

I think this particular deal falls in between too many shades of grey that I have no business exploring right now.I will pass anybody's name and contact info on to my buddy if you'd like.
