Everything with housing has slowed to a crawl as well, so it's unlikely they'll get their updated voucher, find a new place, and get inspections done within a reasonable timeframe.

Incase anyone does look this up in the future here's what I did to resolve this.I used a web parser to extract all the addresses in the state for 2 different competing tenants.
