Just like employees you can't treat them like crap or anything but you've got to ensure they follow the rules or they don't make you any money & aren't of any benefit to your business.

I just watched a tutorial and it has a skip tracing option that's just a click of a button and it gets the emails and phone numbers, but haven't tried it out myself yet.

You rank #1 because your traffic finds your website the most useful website relative to the specific keywords they typed into Google.ANYONE that dares tell you about backlinks, and some BS 2 tier linking profile and all that crap... knows NOTHING about SEO.So you want to rank#1?

Dollar stores most are crap properties.

They have some very robust models and tutorials on how to use them.

The further North you are of Puritan the better, the closer you are to Livernois the better - basically the North/East corner of that area... the rest is still crap and will be for awhile.  

NEVER could it possibly be that the guru just teaches people crap.That is why I don't take it, wjem people come here on the forums preaching crap like cold calling, DMM, driving for dollars, texting... 

If you only had $5000 + extra for fees and crap why are you investing? 

They left it in a totally trashed condition but i did upgrades that i had deferred so the insurance deductible and drywall 15 sheets is about the extent of my loss plus the sheriff fee, bad choice of attorney, and paying for removal of their crap.
