So if you sell something, you get a commission and your realtor gets a commission.

Would it not interfere with commissions?

From what i understand, brokerages like ReMAX have flat desk fees that might be higher but the commission split is much better.

Or if you don't have the time to service those listings, then just get the leads and refer them to other agents for a share of their commission.

And you cannot rely on what they tell you at the counter.. they just say whats possible.you have to determine if this is a administrative action.. or does it go to the planning commission ( ie get political)

Unless you’re going to make a lot of low ball offers or buy or sell a lot of homes for yourself (and save commissions) it may not be worth it.

My business partner and I put together an LLC and bought our first house NOV 17 and the second in April of 18examples:1st house bought for 40k put in 25k and sold for 85 less closing and commission and holding costs = 13k net2nd house bought for 44k put in 20k and sold for 86k less closing and commission and holding = 14k net ( under contract pending close)Although these are not home runs, they are my first two houses and the education is priceless and the opportunity to put some systems in place has also been valuable. 

Following that you will have to commission market studies, feasibility plans and common sense to realize what to build where.

The commissions aren’t nearly as much in leasing as selling, but if you lowed them, no one would show your house.  

Total commissions on Redfin are 3.5% in my area, seems like a good deal.
