Thats the issue.. and of course as you state we are all out there trying to score real estate deals.. so most folks that would sit down with a civilian seller IE not sophisticated in the least are not going to point out all the RISK factors for them. they are just going to talk about the blue sky this is great for them factors.

The city requires the garage concrete floor to be a certain thickness when it is inhabited vs. just used for vehicles, so I know someone who had to excavate the floor then pour a new foundation that is the proper thickness.

I live in a small town but I think it has promising potential for growth because we have one of three gates to a military base where all Army pilots are trained (Fort Novosel previously named Fort Rucker) both my parents work on the base as civilian contractors and it is one of the highest paying aviation jobs in the state and is also a government job so has great benefits.

I then await being sued for wrongfully evicting these people, and letting a jury start the end of this wave of injustice that has went on for far too long.As it is, There needs to be a suit brought against the inhabitants, requiring their removal and a restitution for damages and then punitive damages.
