I think the New England coast will continue to outpace many other metro areas in for job & population growth in the next 10+ years.

A good investor agent using a good team, will tell you off the top of their head in 3 seconds every neighborhood by class, risk profile, and be able to evaluate asset condition as well.Your job is to pick a strategy...

Location is critical, so look for areas with job growth and strong rental demand.

Unfortunately, the younger generations are being told they can have everything they want right now by borrowing money from someone else while quitting their job, driving expensive cars, and drinking $8 coffees and DoorDashing dinner every night.

Both are just jobs, not RE investing.
