We add up the scores and get a total score that reflects the level of risk the applicant presents.

Prices are around $300K for what he's looking for (total costs around $2000/mo, and income will be around $4439/mo... but if he has 2 roommates each paying $700/month, it's totally doable. 

Paying for the fundamental knowledge of how to invest is total bull$hi+ and it makes me mad.

I am financially free with ~$10-17k/mo cashflow.
