Nothing worries about but if one tenant file a lawsuit, then the landlord will be on their radar, and no one knows how much it will cost the landlord and another thing the landlord will be on the news and in the newspaper. 

I believe Nevada Legal News is a local newspaper that provides information on people who are tax delinquent.

If I file it, the house address will be posted in the newspaper ( I think).  

You could list a classified ad in your local newspaper (if you have one).  

Piled up newspapers, deferred landscaping and maintenance, yard signs, notices on the front door or windows of the home, windows without drapes or blinds, etc.

I would add MLS expired listings, code violations, evictions and obituary listings in the Oregonian newspaper as additional sources. 

We know how to advertise a vacant unit, if they want something special like door hangers at the nearest apartment or an ad in a paper newspaper, they can pay for that.

You may also be able to find a local publication like a really unknown small newspaper that you probably have never heard of.

Next, expand your advertising to include classifieds in a local newspaper or online property circular.

I was involved with a condo owner and attended the HOA meeting discussing the matter, the board had to authorize funds for the work.Next issue I'm aware of was a small community, mostly MHs but a few houses, the developer was forcing billings on rentals, this hit the newspaper here and TV, he was not licensed as a utility and fined.
