Find Them before MLS
Recently we have been wondering how Real Estate agents or other people find houses before they are listed on the MLS, Craigslist, FSBO.com, etc. I know that some people will mail out probate letters, drive for dollars, pay a mailman for a list of vacant houses, ask the county for properties with tax delinquencies, buy a list of preforeclosures, or mail yellow letters to absentee owners. Are there other ways to find properties before they are listed? Thanks for all your creative ideas!
