It seems like a fundamental need for participants in these forums.I have seen posts that state they were edited and a date by them, though, so it seems there is a way.

I want to do this buy purchasing a mix of multi-family and single family homes, my primary focus is on multi-family at this juncture, and I am currently on the prowl for my first multi-family home in the Tacoma area.I look forward to participating more in this community and gaining the knowledge I will need to be successful. 

I have never participated in a transaction that wasn't handled this way.

Great thread, I recently began to participate in crowdfunding, working with several platforms, also found a local based Cleveland, Ohio crowdfunding platform BRELION - so far so good.

I suggest our participate in any of the many REI MeetUps here in Austin.
