IF on a rare occasion its going to be a check and paper HUD ALTA settlement statement.. then the title company will courier it to the broker .. they would never give agents those documents or checks .

I work for a small family owned business, and our check stubs have no info on them whatsoever besides amount of pay that week and taxes withheld (No YTD amounts) So, on some occasions I’ve printed check stubs to reflect my actual pay instead of waiting the two weeks it seems to take the business’ CPA to print me out a statement showing figures.

I am 99.9% sure that this was caused by one of their cigarette butts.I have asked them on several occasions, face to face not in writing, to not throw their cigarette butts on the ground.
