Hello BP community,I work as an ER Nurse and got  bit by the real estate bug early this year after getting my property in the Bay Area.

My neighbors are living in a nursing home now and their relatives have been dealing with cleaning it out and selling it.

Second, an aunt and uncle with no children are in the nursing home.

As far as my current work, I am currently an ATP (assistive technology professional) and I help patients in hospitals, nursing homes, or at home get custom power and manual wheelchairs to increased their independence with their daily activities.

I graduate nursing school soon and will get a job as an RN.

I’m a registered nurse and I’ve been putting in work by pulling extra shifts in order to be able to buy a house using cash and utilize the BRRRR method. 

Can I pay my brother the mortgage and he pays the bank, like basically he’s my bank because I can’t qualify for a mortgage.I’m a registered nurse and length of credit history isn’t good enough to qualify for a mortgage.

The catch is the owners are either in a nursing home or have passed and the kids don't want the house anymore.
