Most people think they will be in a lower tax bracket in the future because they plan to downgrade their lifestyle... this is again incorrect money myths that are so prevalent.By taking you money out early you will incur a 10% penalty but if you understand how you can easily get 20-30%+ returns in real estate a year that 10% penalty is nothing.

I don't remember the details but it is something like this: if you follow his instructions and make less than $20K in one year, he will refund you the difference.There are also Lifestyles Unlimited (SFH and apartment rentals) and Brad Sumrok (apartments only).I am a basic member of Lifestyles (FFP) and attended a couple of Brad's seminars.

I was able to carefully choose my stays using the profiles and was able to meet and spend time with a priceless variety of people: people with cats, people with awkward teenagers or adorable tantrum-throwing urchins, people who lived in semi-restored historic ruins, bohemian weirdos with artsy communal lifestyles, widowed intellectuals with priceless antiques and hours to spare patiently correcting my grammar, people who forced me to eat and drink meals worth 3x what I was paying them, all of whom didn't speak (or agreed not to speak) a lick of Anglais.
