When I typed in Google the title company and address, the building space is listed as vacant on Loopnet.With reporting this to the FBI, I'm guessing this is under Internet-Based Fraud or something else?

Like you, I took to BP and did a search for Section 8.

Make sure all their names are on the eviction paperwork for everyone, even the children, can be found by searching for evictions. 

You can google how to set it up for multiple LLCs (it is how I figured it out).

Search the BP for ADU appraisals to encounter numerous examples.

That’s why I prefer Google—it's much more stable since it targets actual intent through the keywords people are searching for.
