Sometimes it is in between A and B, B and C, C and D areas were you can find a gem that has the most potential to bring to the next level.Although the market is not as good as it was a few years ago for deals, they are certainly out there!  

If you want to uncover hidden gems on MLS, consider.. at least consider getting your real estate license - else you are at the mercy of your realtorGO NATS !

On the same token, I believe I have been presented some gems.

However, a strong rental demand, healthy property value increases, supply lagging behind demand in the B & C property types, and continuous population growth can really make an LA commercial property a gem in someone's real estate portfolio.Some of the areas I would find interesting are Eagle Rock and Highland Park.  

I see development happening all over the place, from local companies to folks from Seattle who see the gem like you do.

You are looking at a minimum of closer to $450,000 right now unless you find a gem.

I just watched Spencer Cornelia's episode, and it's absolutely a gem of an episode, and David Greene's little summaries just made it better.

It's a great way to start collecting little knowledge gems if you aren't sure where to start.
