Do you eat food?

If you are not familiar, it is one of these gig style jobs when you deliver food from local restaurants right to the customers doorstep, similar to Grubhub or Uber Eats.

But you could bunch the sale of a few of your rentals and use the proceeds as one down payment on a good NNN with a 15-20 year lease.Either way I vote with everyone else - a dog now isn't going to stop eating food. 

Any food for thoughts/markets when it comes to either of these locations.

, variety of topics, awesome staff, great customer service, food was light but decent (some conferences don't provide any food), appreciated the gift card for completing a conference survey, and the conference wasn't sales-y or gimmicky like other investor conferences.

I'd lived there before and loved it, but one of the things that made me choose Nashville was that it has so many of the good things Los Angeles has to offer in terms of entertainment and good food, etc. but on a much smaller scale!  

That and I probably got every known cold virus during my undergraduate years at Penn State Erie so my immune system is ballin' with virus DNA.Things we should worry more about: GMOs, Roundup, mosquitoes, a government drowning in debt and printing more money, fluoride in the water, 5G, bad landlord laws, worrying where our food comes from.
