Hey guys, Im a new comer to the BP blog but also looking to be a part of a meetup in the Triad ars.

I have written 2 blogs on getting started out of state that I think are worth checking out.

The entire community is great.Get into the podcasts, forums, and blogs.

I read in the blog below that Oklahoma is 50/50 on the Landlord friendliness scale.

Start with the BP Beginner's Guide, and then read everything else you can get your hands on (books, the forums, BP blogs, podcasts, etc).

Also there's at least a few BP podcast episodes (and I think blog posts too) that go through the benefits/drawbacks of getting your license while being an investor. 

I actually have I've looked in other blogs and discussions and forums and searched West Virginia title companies and West Virginia real estate attorneys and I see people asking theing the same thing.

After looking over forum's, books, blogs and pod cast's, it seems like someone new in this industry should start there.
