Even suburbian people go to that area (Slows BBQ).

My grading contractor will gently dig up the tank, and one of my workers wants to keep the tank to turn it into a smoker/grill.  

Live music and bbq for the win.

White makes it look cleaner, brighter and bigger.I have also spray painted hvac registers and return grills white, easier than cleaning them.

The condos in FL have the added benefits of amenities that the SFRs don't have, and that tenants want in that area - pools, tennis courts, fitness centers, jogging trails, bike paths, car wash areas, outdoor BBQ's, water views.

Would anyone have personal experience on whether short term vs. long term rental in the Pass-A-Grille/Saint Pete Beach/Tierra Verde area is better? 

I installed one above the BBQ, so it lights up the grill when someone approaches.I installed electronic count down timers for the exhaust fans.  30 minutes in the baths, 4 hours in the kitchen.
