In my country, thing aren't quite as automated and well organized.

Can anyone recommend a call forwarding, automated voice messaging system that I can use to screen calls? 

My goal is to automate most of my tasks, hire VA's and would love to hear your additional marketing techniques. 

It automates the payments calendar etc.

The biggest gripe I have with the payment service they have integrated into their software, Forte, is that it is slow; it takes about 8 - 9 days before rent paid on the first of the month finally reaches my business checking account.Buildium is another PM software that automates rent collection, and it comes highly recommended by a number of other landlords at the REIA that I belong to.

For fast food many of them are starting to use kiosks and automating to save money versus pay high labor costs.Is the site desirable?

Something more automated that could track progress and send auto updates to all parties, have to do lists/tasks etc
