Kind of like on Amazon how you can search the whole site, or just search within your own prior orders if you know whatever it is you're looking for is something you've previously purchased.

Cleaners are paid by the guests, cleaning schedules can now be managed easily online, stock ordered by cleaners and delivered through Amazon to the property, and inquiries responded to, all through a little system I built.

There are also several books on Amazon on starting and running a campground/RV park.

The building is a converted schoolhouse comprised of 17 1bdrm, 1 studio, 3 2bdrm.

I just got that book from Amazon about 15 minutes ago.

About the rental unit: basement studio (class C neighborhood, funky entry through the garage but sweet outdoor space and lots of light so not a total dive).

It is for Quonset hut building that my art studio is located in near I-25 and 8th Ave. my landlord did a seller finance deal and his insurance company said it is under-insured.  

Hasn't steered me wrong in anything, whether it be real estate or car repairs (specifically Jiffy Lube trying to charge me $60 for $20 worth of filters I can get on Amazon and replace myself).EDIT: That said, $197 really isn't a lot.
