@George CalbertHi George,A bunch of us are in a similar situation - living in Korea but wanting to invest in the US.We ended up forming a meetup - if you're interested in learning about it check out my profile for the URL.We've had a bunch of BP folks visit virtually and give us tips, etc.Most of the investors in our group either:* Have Turnkey investments* Have people on the ground watching their investments* Or in my case, formed a JV with people I met through BPIt's always a risk to do business with someone overseas without meeting them.

Is it just me, or has anyone else noticed that the site is virtually unusable in Safari on an iPad since chat was launched?

Create bank accounts virtually for the entity (boa has this). the main thing is, it will hold all your properties, then you make one llc/corp to hold EACH investment (well, probably two). see an attorney, if there is too many people in an entity, there will be a lot of complications, like in case of death/disability/divorce, etc.

There is virtually no inventory under $200K so unless the seller is leaving the area it's impossible to find a replacement so your observation is correct.
