pro only networking events in nice venues with small fees?

Whatever venue and date gets determined I will be sure to fit it in.

as well as little pockets on Cobb mtn.I have not looked at the air bnb situation there .. but with the Konocti Harbor inn finally being sold and put back into service if they do like in the past were they had nice music venue. there could be some demand in the general area for airbnb.and then of course ANY where lake front would have demand.. 

I know is a bit hard to adjust but if you notice this pandemic forced everyone to go virtual, this is just a venue to leverage that power and also provide full supports, you can even be a mentor and and help new people with their first transaction regardless if they got in with you or not and you get a % just helping them with negotiation or filling the contract ( Ibuyer platform) you can literally send a lead to an institutional buyer for a cash offer ( lead generation CRM)  .Plus many other ways to make money. 

A few ideas: Downtown: Lots of restaurants/events/venues/etc.Scottsdale: Upscale.

In this case the billionaire has brought in another anchor to the shopping center, and has announced plans to bring a major entertainment venue to the area.

Sure do it again, and track your cost/deal.The more often you do it the more accurate your numbers.Then when you make more money you expand to other venues, Then you compare and thats how you make your business more efficient and leaner.
