I have tired with one bank but I am having a difficult time because the properties are under my LLC and the bank I am currently working with is combining my personal debt with the business debt and apparently the rental income might not be high enough to get approved for the loan. 

Are these vehicles looked at the same way as your standard rental car, or do they have unique, accommodation-type requirements to fulfill?

I realized the same leads I received were also given to 2-3 other agents and by the time I called the leads they were so tired of getting calls from random agents on a daily basis.

I have used most of my cash to get it up for remodel and carried some on cc, and refinanced an inexpensive paid off vehicle to complete the job.

They get tired of residential tenants so 1031 into passive commercial NNN and get 7 to 8% returns.I looked at residential a long time ago and it just wasn't for me.  

Also, I want to make my vehicle finance payments through my company.

Previously I'd done my own floors but I didn't want to take the time to do it and I'd gotten tired of trying to deal with Craigslist and FB "handymen".

I have been investing in different kinds of real estate vehicles - mostly passive ones and have sort of stumbled upon an idea. 

I am motivated and ready to work for myself, tired of grinding for other people.  

It's an exciting investment vehicle and if done correctly, can benefit your for the long run!
