I've been listening to their podcasts, watching the YouTube videos, and reading a lot of the articles on here already. 

I have some funds saved because I was thinking of purchasing my first home and came accross some videos on youtube about getting the best deals on houses.After continuing to watch many videos and read material I think this is something Inwould like to take my first steps into.

To be honest i could bring huge value from all the stuff i have learned from bp, fortune builders and youtube and it all.

I also watched a youtube video sometime that Brandon did about evaluating a rental.

How does someone new to doing this with zero experience making videos present their deals to potential buyers on You Tube?

There's also YouTube videos on it.

Since then, I have been looking up videos on YouTube, tuning in to webinars, etc. and I am excited to put all of that info into action. 

I have been watching Bigger Pockets videos on YouTube for about a year.

Am I able to take a single family property and transform it into 2-3 units?
