My bread and butter are smaller 3 bed 2 bath homes buying for 40-50 putting 25-40 into and selling for 120,00.Also could you elaborate on whether you think a sign offering so many services would be to wordy and leave the consumer without a definite message.

For investors, these are really the bread and butter for rentals.
