@Jamie Wilson It would be if there was a way to synchronize pricing across multiple sites.Most of by bookings come from Homeaway/Vrbo but I use Airbnb also as I get a few bookings from them per year.I usually set everything up on Homeaway using their powerful analytic tools and then just copy the pricing over to Airbnb.It would be nice to just get my Homeaway pricing over to Airbnb automatically.

It is critical to find superb sponsors to invest with and you can't afford to invest and watch the sponsor for five years before you find out how good they are.

I hear a lot on the podcast that being able to buy a property as your primary residence has the massive benefit of putting a lower down payment (i.e. 5% down), however, I do not understand why that is from an analytical standpoint.
