This saves the double escrow costs and the waiting period and stickiness of doing a rental agreement with new end buyer so he can begin work during the waiting period.I would really appreciate any feedback from those who may have already done this already and if they had any illegal or immoral hoops to jump thru?

In the wholesaling forum I believe there are some "sticky"posts at the top that have good info on wholesaling. lastly I suggest Googling the "BWI Meetup" It is a local group that many BP members attend.

The more I can increase my income and keep my expenses down, gives me the capital I'm looking for to increase my wealth.While I too am working on my millionaire mindset...I know there's some hard work in my near future to help me reach my targets.Not knowing your situation, Dave Ramsey's principals on beans and rice and cutting expenses is probably a smart move for you as you are working through your financial plan.Good luck!
