I've never done this before, and I'm not finding a lot of info on the subject here on BP, especially as it pertains to Missouri specifically. 

Instead of this, I find it more helpful to look at percentile performance across the market for a specific asset type, and also to check comps.

I can't help you with Jersey specific questions.

Account managers have literally no idea about day-to-day operations and glaze over specific questions asked to delay and confuse owners.

I know nothing about ME law specifically but I assume that can be done in accordance with local customs… Either by obtaining a court-certified copy of the original easement and re-recording it with all of the required signatures OR recording a confirmatory deed of easement which spells out the error and corrects it by including everyone who should have signed the original. 

Specifically, what did they do wrong on your insurance claim?

Also, in TX at least, only licensed agents are allowed to show properties and some of them even have locks specific to realtors.

Are you looking specifically for insurance placement companies or corporate housing or a mix?
