Make sure you have lots of pics.

We have a lot of good conversations with people, and we offer to have someone local to take pictures of their home, but a lot of times they say they'll take pics themselves and send to me. 

Hi you guys, I would like to set up a website that provides an overview of completed deals (i.e. before/after pics, deal metrics, etc.).Is there anything out there tailored for this purpose?

@Reece Riggle do you mind posting a before and after pic?

The pics were really blurry, so I could be exaggerating here, but I’ve been a licensed general contractor for over 10 years and rehabbed houses for the majority of that.

He hit something, the thing bounced back twice took off 2 fingers & went into his skull, (won't show the pics).

Only use the ads with pics as comps, then honestly assess how your unit compares to the competition. 

If any of you that have a property in the West area of PR that would like for me to go take a quick look just let me know and I will try to go take pics and talk to the owner.

Before you pay them insist on a narrated video as those are harder to manipulate than pics.
