Question For Other Virtual Wholesalers

We have a lot of good conversations with people, and we offer to have someone local to take pictures of their home, but a lot of times they say they'll take pics themselves and send to me.  But then days go by and they don't end up doing it, or it just takes forever.  Any advice on the best way to follow up, and/or try to do something on the initial call to get them invested in following up?
