I can’t cook a dinner in my home because he is bringing people, I can’t relax on a day off from work because he is bringing people.

A quick visit to a dispensary and the group will relax.

Or you could invest passively in a syndication, kick back and relax. 

Not sure I have the muscles for a sledgehammer, but maybe an electric demolition hammer or jackhammer and ask hubby to do it.

I have some friends that have rentals and they have never said to me about getting a eviction lawyer but if they are cheap enough for and can help me relax it is worth it.

It’s also been fun to provide families a place to relax and get away from everything going on. 

(rather my wife’s wrath came into my life like it often does with a threat to my life if we weren’t on a international flight to relax before Christmas....happy wife = happy life) So all of those folks out there I recommend also having your “spending money” set aside to enjoy life while we still have it and at the same time not letting off the gas with those aggressive REI goals.

If I can convince myself that it is temporary I could pin my ears back and muscle through for a year for an FHA loan and then (hopefully) move in closer.
