What I said was you got xxxx of shares in year one, and starting year 2, you get refresh.... the shares of refresh is significantly impacted by the stock price at the time...And of the 20 some friends i have at FANG, none has a package close to $500K at sr manager level, most are around $100K worth of RSU vesting over 3 years...
