Awesome Podcast Eps for Living a Super Fulfilling Life!
This morning I heard a phenomenal episode of the Tribe Of Millionaires podcast where Jamie Gruber gave a short recap of his recent live interview with Jesse Itzler. The takeaways from that interview were SUPER valuable and really got me thinking and want to implement them!
1.) Implementing the Japanese “Misogi” method- The Misogi method is a centuries old Japanese ritual that essentially talks about planning 1x “year defining goal” every single year. This can be something like quitting smoking, or doing one of those Ironman competitions etc.
2.) Implementing 1 small and very achievable habit every quarter- Jesse mentions that the power of doing this for quarter after quarter, year after year, decade after decade, will transform you from the person that you were, to a brand new person that you will become.
3.) This one was the big one that I really dug! Schedule 1 new experience that you wouldn’t have done before every other month on a weekend day.- Instead of watching a football game, maybe taking the kids fishing, or going to hike a mountain, etc. The power of creating 6 mini adventures a year x YEARS can really provide something powerful into your life. An additional big point that he made was the following quote:
“Learn like you’ll live forever, live like you will die tomorrow…” -Gandhi
