I usually add my wife as a member of the LLC when I set one up.I am not an expert or a lawyer and LLCs can get complicated, like serial LLC's and such, but to start out I would think you are fine setting up your own LLC then learning from there.I have an operating LLC (money) for my business and each property I buy is purchased by and new LLC or a recycled one.
