As it turns out, a deal that raised eyebrows (and glasses of beer) was discussed in detail on Sat night in Denver, and then later we tried to poke holes in it over breakfast (and in the case of Will Barnard, more beer).

I could say she didn't make me breakfast that morning, but then, she never did anyway.

There are multiple ways to register, if you are looking to invest in more than one I would recommend registering as a “transient occupancy structure” or “bed and breakfast”.

If we get enough people that are interest, I'd be more than willing to host at my office in Orange, pool together money, and have this meeting over breakfast or lunch.  

After you have established some rapport, see if they wouldn't mind you taking them to lunch or breakfast and picking their brain.
