I've decided that real estate is going to be one of my vehicles to WEALTH.

Instead, they let the turnkey company and/or the management company deal with the property and the residents, which is where headaches can occasionally come from (for example, rehabs, maintenance, leasing, collections, etc.).That said, at the end of the day, the numbers need to make sense to you since it's your money.If you haven't found the right investment vehicle yet, just keep looking.  

I do believe that real estate is a vehicle to financial freedom and I am excited about learning all that I can about it.

Real estate is the vehicle used to take people to their dreams and desires, it's the subject of the product but it is not the product itself that is sold.

There are certain techniques and strategies needed to do well in these areas, but I would only use this vehicle for a short term investment (3 to 5 years)!

For about a year I kind of stagnated because I was focused on paying off my vehicle but I continued to read books, listen to podcast on BP and chat with other colleagues who were interested in REI.Fast forward to this summer my car was paid off my stocks were doing pretty decent but I still had made no real advancement in pursuing my goals of purchasing a property.
