I am just starting to get calls on all the postcards I sent out in the last two weeks, and it's fun to talk to people who want to sell their houses and to go look at their houses. 

I don't know if they work or not, but I'll give you the inside perspective from someone who receives a LOT of marketing in ALL the various forms - yellow letters, postcards, cold calls, cold texts, emails, etc.

Want to ask those who have experience with postcards, do you guys have a better response when you send out your postcards with your professional picture on it ?

I have sent out postcards before with little luck. 

Use EDDM: You can target a particular zip code using Every Door Direct Mail - Using a service such as VistaPrint, you can create, edit, and mail a post card to an EDDM zip code or targeted location right from your PC. 

A few years ago the google street postcards were really popular for a very brief period.
