I host (2) RV sites for an owners property (he also has a cabin he rents out as an STR part time as well).

Any site developers here to discuss that? 

My model projects these can be without private or individual site water, power, bathrooms, and/ or wifi and still be worthy investments. 

If those were added in it would have been about $150/sf and that was for a site ready addition without plumbing.

If you demolished inside and they see it you cannot get a standard HELOC you will need to go hard money as most lenders are going to tell you that any worker who stepped on the site can lien the property and HELOC's do not use a new full title report, they rely on the title report of the last sale (again like I started with if people DIY record after closing it's a problem). 

The motel we offered on was utilizing Airbnb solely for rooms, and I think there’s good opportunity to utilize STR OTAs and hotel booking sites to bring in customers.

The rest of my email threads that started more than a month ago and were still active yesterday show only the portion that is more than a month old…Is this a site wide problem that’s being worked on or a Bill specific problem that can or cannot be fixed?
