Hey guys , so I've been searching around for deals and I've found a couple that I am interested in perusing.

Perusing realtor.com after the news of Amazon HQ2 coming into the area and would love to talk to a knowledgable investor specialist!

I prefer to stretch 20k-40k of my initial investments to be able to purchase as many properties as that would allow (down-payments) as I have excellent credit and would be perusing conventional funding from banks. 

I currently sell multi-family properties in the Phoenix market, however hearing how other markets are performing and how investors are perusing those areas really is of great interest to me.

I also have signed up on Linda Limehouses sight to get notifications of new homes on the market every day and I peruse those daily, helps me get a handle on what things are going for.

I won't disagree - there seemed to be conflicting information and incomplete information provided by the plaintiff (if you will).I'd like to think we're at the end of this thread now - I've perused all posts and am thoroughly satisfied with the explanations provided by Jeff & Jack.I'd messaged with Jeff on BP a few months back but am sitting on any potential business dealings until the wife and I have unity of mind regarding timing.

Wondering if a course like this is beneficial when perusing rentals or is it just geared toward getting your license which I probably not be acquiring.

For example, west town, bucktown, Logan, humboldt park, roscoe village, are all areas we have been perusing and I haven’t seen much in that price range.

What I mean is, I go on the MLS (I do peruse some off market deals as well, but that's not my point), I look through numerous listings, I save ones that stand out to me for various reasons (namely, looking hideous, but some other factors as well, and I'm pretty familiar with this area in terms of location concerns), and then...how much time and effort should I put into analyzing deals?

I've perused a few websites, just curious if anyone has had good experience with one vs another...or of there is another way!
