New and excited to be here!
Hi Everyone, my name is Ashlyn Moss. I live in South Carolina and I'm currently looking to purchase our first rental investment. I want to obtain as much knowledge as i can and also jump right in to gain experience.
I'm new to real estate but want to learn my area like the back of my hand. How do you decided which area to start investing in? Also, how can i learn about the area more? There are always house searching sites but how can i find deeper information about the areas and learn which area is a good place to buy in, whats a good value, who's looking in that area, and so on...
Any help is appreciated!
I'm excited to be here and looking forward to connecting and learning!
