There is only 1 parking space for the entire property; however, it is located in a city and two blocks from the largest employer in the area.

Also because even on NNN leases sometimes the owner is responsible for let say paving the parking lot  or some other expenses.  

I can get phone records of the subject, their friends and family, employers, address history, land lines, cell phones, judgements for 2 dollars a search and then full blow background checks for tenant screening for 12 dollars. 

The fees/rates are a little higher but they're a good option for people who are self-employed and have a FICO in the low 600s.

I suppose these should be filed as self employment taxes?

Do you have a list of application guidelines what you require as far as a credit score employment income, all occupants over the age of 18 must complete a separate application as well as pay for and pass a separate credit check.
